I think it’s called “Pam”, I’ve seen it in some cooking vlogs and fitness blogs with nutrition tips. It’s apparently “lighter” than oil and butter, but I don’t know if it’s worth it, since it’s very expensive around here 😦

ya i can see how it can be lighter than regular stuff (since it’s a p thin layer i imagine??), but like. it’d be much less expensive/more effective to think of ways of not eating as many foods prepared with oil/butter than to buy the spray and all?? idk
