who are the most underrated hxh characters?

Senritsu is really underrated. She’s the only person except from Killua, Gon and Leorio to connect strongly with Kurapika, earn his trust. Not to mention her flute saved his ass from going on a suicide mission after the Ryodan.

Wing is liked in the fandom, I believe. But he’s the only person who didn’t forgive Gon’s actions. Wing slapped Gon and didn’t overlook the way he put himself in danger. And that’s really important because Gon can easily go out of control. Wing and Tsezguerra are the only ones who called Gon out for his outbursts of life endangering selfishness.

Leorio is too often reduced to comic relief. He’s really intelligent and hardworking. Not only he powered through medical studies, but trained enough to create an impressive nen attack. He’s kind, loving, loyal, an amazing character not many people bother to look at past his pervy exterior. I think he became better understood after the Chairman Election arc.

Mito, who sacrificed her own childhood to raise Gon deserves some serious praise. Gon is the polite young man we see thanks to Mito. Sure, she can’t do anything about the wild side he inherited from Ging, but Mito cared for Gon, she schooled him, made sure he grew loved and happy.
