i hate being so touchy in regards to nicknames bc ppl do this all the time here and they usually don’t mean any harm or mean it as an affectionate thing but i just. hate it. my name is júlia not “julinha” or smth (and only my mom can call me juju. it’s a privilege she has). it’s specially bad if i’m not close friends w/ the person bc then i feel like i’m not being taken seriously and i automatically get super passive aggressive. why am i like this
